The project is located in the coastal area of North New Brighton in Christchurch, a historic district beloved by locals and also affordable for the working class.

The plot spans over 3,000m². After a complex application process, we designed and received approval for 16 small villas, each featuring two bedrooms, a study, and a spacious bathroom. Our company has honed its expertise in designing small housing types over many years. Despite their compact size, the homes feature space-efficient layouts with no wasted areas, meticulously allocated dimensions, making these 16 villas appear spacious and practical without any sense of confinement.

These 16 small villas form a burgeoning community. Each house has its own parking space and a private north-facing garden. The community features roads that are 7.8 meters wide, offering a visually and practically smooth and transparent experience, as if gently bathed by the soft sea breeze at all times.
