Whether it can design a house with a high return on investment for the client is also the standard of a good architect. We designed two back-to-back connected houses for the client on this section of more than 500 m². Each house has a total of 113 m², which can be used as 5 rooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The kitchen and living room face north, which is sunny and warm. A new house with front and rear gardens, not big size, but it is suitable for large families. The rental yield on this house was 7.5% when it was just built and will get better with time and rent! Our client has been thanking us for designing a money machine for him!
