Spreydon is a middle-class area in Christchurch at the foot of Cashmere Hill. It offers excellent commercial facilities and is great for outdoor activities. The owners of this property never thought they could build three houses at once. We analyzed their financial situation and showed them it was possible. They trusted us, and we helped them with this project. 8 Sumner St is centrally located in Spreydon, near commercial centers, the city's largest garden, the beach, a large sports center, and outdoor facilities, providing a high-quality lifestyle.

 

On this 604, our clients designed three 90 family homes. Each house has two bedrooms, a large study, two bathrooms, and a garage, plus a private garden, adding significant value. The design suits all ages, especially seniors looking to downsize. The rental yield for this project is 7%. While not the highest yield among our projects, the focus was on building family homes in a good community, offering higher sales profit. This project provides a high overall investment return, suitable for both long-term holding and immediate sale.
