These three small houses, each around 60m², feature 2 large bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Modern, fully equipped kitchens and spacious living rooms ensure these compact houses feel spacious. Clever garden design integrates indoor and outdoor spaces, expanding the usable area of the houses. The rental yield for these houses was 7% at the time of completion, and with time and rent increases, the yield is expected to grow even higher!
