This is a land of 1100m² with an old house on it. Although the section is very large, it can only be divided into 2 lots according to city planning. The area where this house is located is a good school zoon, but it is a historical state housing area. If build a family house it cannot be sold at a good price. We thought it would also be a good option to keep the existing house and build a high-income single apartment on the back yard because it is so close to the office area for airport. So, we renovated the old house in front and built a single apartment for rent as room by room.
There is a new house with 6 bedrooms and each room with its own bathroom. The large kitchen is designed with sufficient storage space. Each tenant has their own cabinets and refrigerators. The room is equipped with bookcases and writing desks, which are convenient for tenants to study and work. Facts have proved that after this house is completed, the house is rented out as room by room, and the rental rate is very high. In the market this type of rental housing project in this area is very popular and very competitive also. When it was built in 2014, the rental yield for the old house and the new house was 12.5%.
