Spreydon is one of the most popular areas in Christchurch among the middle class. Located at the foot of Cashmere Hills, it offers not only comprehensive commercial facilities but also a paradise for outdoor activities.

155 Milton St is situated in the heart of Spreydon, enjoying an unparalleled location close to the city canter. However, its biggest highlight is its inclusion in the increasingly sought-after Cashmere High School zone, providing residents with excellent educational resources and a high-quality lifestyle.

 

On this 873m² section, we have designed four small family homes for our esteemed clients, each covering 98m². Each home features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a garage, which is the most popular residential setup. Notably, due to the width of the land, we cleverly split it down the middle, dividing it into two Lots, with two houses on each lot. This design results in only two houses per lot, significantly enhancing the property's prestige and, importantly, increasing the property value, which is exactly what our clients desire.

 

The prime location, combined with meticulous and comprehensive economic indicators of the houses, makes this project’s rental yield reach 7%. Although this is not the highest rental return among the projects we have designed for our clients, this project’s unmatched feature is its exceptionally high sales profit. Therefore, it is a project with a high overall investment return, suitable for both long-term holding and immediate sale upon completion.
