On this 809m² piece of land, we designed and built four two-story single apartments. Each has a building area of 130m², featuring 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. This design maximizes functional space and investment returns, which is the core value our company offers to clients.

• Rental return ratio is 9% (The design of 6-bedroom, 6-bathroom single apartments is highly sought after by university students or professionals, with an occupancy rate close to 100%. After completion, each unit can be rented for $1,250 per week, total $5,000 per week for all four units.)

• If sold, the gross profit is no less than 20%.
