With one glance at the design drawing, you will easily recognise this is a very contemporary building. This section of land creates difficulties for the townhouse design even for an experienced architect, as the driveway access makes the long orientation of the land facing north. One of the main indicators of a good architectural design is that the garden must be north facing, which is difficult to achieve on this site.
Our architect utilized reverse thinking and changed the conventional rear garden design into a side garden. The main entry of the house is echoed with the garden, with the house facing north, large windows accompanied by sunshade shutters. The building form is simple and elegant. These 120m 2 three-bedroom, two-bathroom units are smart, functional, and practical, with fashionable and handsome styles, while the budget is kept low.
