We have completed several projects on Ryan St, a renowned tree-lined street in Christchurch, known for its evergreen surroundings and tranquility, making residents proud to live there. Ryan St is located in the Linwood district, one of the most historic areas of Christchurch, just a 5-minute drive from the city center and the seaside. The recent surge in medium-density housing development, combined with the convenience of nearby commercial, educational, outdoor sports, and recreational facilities, has attracted many young people to move here.

This project involves a total land area of 794m² from the original house. We helped the client subdivide a 371m² plot, with the old house retained and two single-story terraced houses of approximately 82m² each added. In the future, each unit can have four rooms and two bathrooms. The interior design is compact and rational, with each unit having its own independent garden and parking space. Considering the construction cost, our design is clever, with highly efficient use of space and a comfortable and standard house shape, maximizing the client's return on investment.

The rental yield after the project is completed is 8%. If sold, due to the early purchase by the owner, the pre-tax profit can reach 60%.
