On this land of about 1000m², there is an old house, which is located in the front.
Our discussion on this project, its final decision is:

Renovating the old house with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom into 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.

Building two new houses on the construction site behind. Each house has 5 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. It can be rented room by room. And the kitchen design considers sufficient storage space, so that each tenant has their own cabinets and refrigerators. Which is convenient for the landlord to manage. The rooms are designed according to the hotel configuration, which is convenient for tenants to study and work.

The architectural style adopts the traditional British style. First, it matches the old house in front. Second, it conforms to the cultural heritage of the area. Third, it has low maintenance cost.
When completed in 2013, the combined rental yield for the three homes was 10%.
