Three high-income houses are built on an irregular 1100m² triangular site, and the divisions are very clever. What is high income? That is, each house has 6 bedrooms, and each bedroom has its own bathroom. Room-by-room rentals and high rental income. The kitchen design considers sufficient storage space that each tenant has their own cabinet. That makes the landlord easy to manage.
It is better to use low-maintenance building materials because it is an investment house . We used red brick as exterior wall. They look traditional, strong, and timeless. When completed in 2009, the rental yield was 8%.
