This project is located at the foot of Cashmere Hill, a popular area in Christchurch, known for its comprehensive commercial resources and abundant outdoor activities.

 

The owner of this property is a hardworking lady who works as a bus driver and had never thought she could build three houses at once. After carefully analysing her financial situation, we concluded that such a small-scale project was absolutely feasible. She gave us her full trust, and we helped her from the beginning, starting with buying the land and selecting the project.

 

On this 675m² plot, we designed three family homes, each 100m². Each house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a garage. The smooth and spacious layout provides ample space for the entire house without any wasted area. All living areas face north, ensuring bright and sunny interiors throughout the day. The houses feature open-plan kitchens, making the homes filled with sunlight and warmth. Each home comes with its own private garden, significantly enhancing the property's value. This highly practical and classic design creates a nearly perfect, cozy, and comfortable home.

 

The rental yield for this project is 7%. Although this is not the highest yield among the projects we design for our clients, the focus of this project is on high sales profits by building family homes. Therefore, it is a high comprehensive investment return project, suitable for both long-term holding and selling for cashing out after completion.
