This was originally a very ordinary old house sitting on a land of 809m². Unusually, we did a major renovation of the existing old house and built two townhouses at the rear. Brown brick exteriors give these two homes a sophisticated look. The ingenious design makes the interior fluid and functional. Suitable for young families or retired seniors. As they are only a ten minute walk from the University of Canterbury, they are an excellent investment even as rental properties
