The existing property is an ordinary house located on a modest area, with a section size of 539m². We did not recommend the client with the typical 70m² small units with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Instead, we suggested 3 typical two-story units with about 130m², 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a single garage. The design of the units is compact, ingenious, and practical, with perfect functionality. The dining room, kitchen, and living room on the ground floor are smoothly connected and smartly separated. The architect fully considered the position and function of each piece of furniture. An additional good-sized family room serves as a multi-purpose room, with uses such as guest bedroom, lounge, tearoom, office, entertainment room or children's activity room. The sleeping spaces on the upper floor are all large double bedrooms, with the master bedroom being super spacious and bright.

Sufficient lighting design makes this building sunny and warm all year round.

 

Although this building is located in a modest area, we have thoroughly considered the design details, making this building practical and cost effective, while still impress people with the elegance of a mansion.
