The owner-because she is Ying's friend, he gave Ying 100% trust. It is entirely up to Ying to deal with this minor trouble. Out of this trust, Ying decided to help her transform the house into 2 units for independent rental. This area can be subdivided.
It took a whole year from design, application approval to completion of construction. Except for the roof and foundation, she was completely built two legally units. One of them is 1 bedroom 1 bathroom and 1 living room that is rented at $390/week. Another unit include 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, which is rented at $480/week. The positioning of the entire project is accurate, and the rental yield is 10%, which makes the owner overjoyed. She said it was her best pension.
