This is a very special project. A young couple bought this house in an area popular with locals. This old house is in the centre of the land. According to the urban planning, it cannot be divided into two titles.
This couple came to us, hoping to transform it into a project that can be lived in and have rental income.
Ying helped them analyze the specific economic situation of them and the current situation of the house and gave some suggestions. They took our advice and implemented it:

The first step is to renovate the old house from 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom into 3 bedrooms 1 bathroom. New kitchen, new bathroom, according to their own aesthetic design. live in it and enjoy the space and artistic atmosphere transformed according to one's own wishes.

In the second step, we designed and helped them to build a second house of 80m2 in the backyard. There are 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and 1 office, a large kitchen and a large living room Which is warm, sunny, spacious, bright, comfortable, and durable. The design considers that this small house has its own garden and outdoor activity space. The entrance of the new house is as far away from the original house, so they are relatively independent.

The third step, after moving into the new house, build a carport with a very design sense for the original old house, then rent it out to get a good rental return.
This is a very clever design. For young people. It is possible to live in a new house and have rental income that can basically repay the mortgage.
