On Creyke Road, just opposite the University of Canterbury, there are three very striking modern two-story buildings. These were designed and built on a 990m² site. These three highly modern two-story buildings, each with two separate title homes, consist of independent unit residences on each floor. The upper level has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, suitable for renting to singles or university students across the street, while the lower level is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom family home.
The design is simple yet full of lines, with cedar running through the entire building. The sunset-like colors make the whole building very dreamy, very in line with the aesthetic taste of young university students. The overall creativity and design of this project are perfectly combined, making it a
classic work of living + rental income.
