This project is also specially created for a young couple. This land is about 800m², and the area is very recognized by the locals. An old house is in the center of this land. According to urban planning, this land can be subdivided.

Our approach is:

  • The first step is to renovate the old house, some of which are self-occupied and some of which are rented out, so that this house can generate economic benefits!

  • The second step is to divide it into 2 titles. We design and build a single-story new house for the young couple on the back section that be second title. It includes 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an office, and a large kitchen. Large studio, this new house is warm and sunny, spacious and bright, comfortable and durable, to meet the needs of the owner. The single-pitched roof design makes this house economical, practical, good-looking, and modern.

  • The third step is to rent out the old house and get good cash flow.

  • The fourth step is to divide the land into a third title, and then build a two-story 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom family house on this third land. The young couple moved to this house, The new in the back continue to be rented out and get higher rental income.

 

This is a very clever design of real estate investing tips. For these two young people, not only did they live in a new house with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, but more importantly, these three steps made them real estate investors, taking a solid step in the real estate investment field and gaining high income!
