In our opinion, keeping the existing house and building a high-income accommodation on the land behind is the best option. This is also a apartment with 6 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The large kitchen is designed with ample storage space and each tenant has their own cupboard.
The house was rented room by room, which was very popular among young people. In the market at that time, it was a very competitive investment variety. When it was built in 2010, the combined rental yield for the old house and the new house was 9%. The anti-inflation level is very high!
