(Design and Build)

This is an irregular section of 720m² with an old house on it. The location is very good, close to the university. It can be divided into 2 titles according to the city plan. It is also a good project for building an apartment with high return.

The old house is located the front. We believe that we can keep the existing house and build a high-income house on the land behind.

Our approach is:

  • Renovating the old house with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom into 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.

  • A new house with 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms has been built on the site behind, and each bedroom has its own bathroom. The kitchen design considers sufficient storage space, so that each tenant has their own cabinets and refrigerators. Which is convenient for the landlord to manage. The room is designed according to the configuration of the hotel and a writing desk with a bookshelf is specially installed.

The house is rented room by room because it is close to the university and shopping canter, the rental rate is very high! In the market at the time, this was a very competitive investment property variety. When it was built in 2012, the rental yield of the old house and the new house was 10%. The level of anti-inflation was very high!
