We bought two properties, 70&72 Buckleys Road, with a total of 1000m², with 2 old houses, close to the city center, next to a large shopping canter.

Our approach is:

  • The original 2 old houses are retained, simply renovated, and rented out.

  • Separate another piece of land to be built a single apartment with 6 bedrooms and each bedroom has its own bathroom. Larger kitchens are designed with ample storage space, with each tenant having their own cupboards and refrigerator. The room is equipped with a bookcase and a writing desk, which is convenient for the tenant to study and work.

 

The location of this house is close to the city canter, which is the only way to the beach, and next to the shopping center. Therefore, the occupancy rate is basically close to 100% after completion. When built in 2014, the rental yield on the old house and the new house was 12%.
