SUNSHINE HOUSING

This is a 750m² section with a old house.  We helped our clients subdivided into two separate titles. A single title keeped the original house.  On the back land we designed this 130m2 house with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. The upbeat and lovely hostess lives in her master bedroom, which is designed with a sliding door leading to the garden. She enjoy her own beautiful garden outdoor space every morning and afternoon.

 

The other 3 rooms are good rental income. This kind of living with income may become the mainstream of living in the future. The hostess likes this red brick house very much. She said: Not only is it comfortable to live in, but it also brings high income. The red brick looks happy!
