On a short street off Riccarton Road, there are two dark brown houses with pitched roofs that cross in direction. From a distance, they look like two mountains in the morning mist.
In fact, they are two houses designed for high return on investment. Each house has 6 rooms with its own bathroom and a communal kitchen specially designed for tenants to provide storage space for each tenant. Even investment properties have to be aesthetically pleasing. Our architect's inspiration creates a sense of pride for each tenant!
