This is a 750m² of land with an old house on it, very close to the city center. It can be divided into 2 titles according to urban planning. This area is not a very good in people's minds. While there are plenty of rental properties, but  there are no high standard apartments that are rented room by room.

 

We believe that this area is close to the city center and is the only way to go to the beach. If we keep the existing house, it is a cost-effective project to build a high-income apartment on the land behind. So we designed a 6-bedroom, 6-bathroom studio apartment, each bedroom has its own bathroom, which is very attractive to young people. The large kitchen is designed with ample storage space, and each tenant has their own cupboard and refrigerator. The room is equipped with a bookcase and a writing desk, which is convenient for the tenant to study and work. When built in 2014, the rental yield on the old house and the new house  was 11.5%
