This 870m² section is just around the corner. We help our clients subdivided it into two separate titles. A separate title keeps the original house. This 180m2 family home was built on another vacant lot. This house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms and a large office. The modern kitchen is connected to a separate laundry with direct access to the outdoors. An independent double garage located in access on another street. The design feature of the whole house is that the size of the functional area is calculated accurately and there is no waste of space.
