By utilizing his profound artistic accomplishments, he organically combines traditional design concepts with contemporary aesthetics. With a people-oriented focus, he endeavours to strike a balance between functional requirements and architectural elegance. He is an architect you can trust.

NZ Chartered Structural Engineer
Graduated from University of Canterbury, Yi has over 12 years of experience in structural design. He had worked as structural team leader of Canterbury region for a national multi-discipline consulting firm. His technical skill is well recognised in the industry. As a reliable structural engineer, he would strive to keep the construction cost down for clients while upholding the safety in his design.

Joe holds a degree of Bachelor of Engineering Technology (Civil) and has 13 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry. Proficient in construction practices and building standards, he is able to assess feasibility and cost implications of a design from the perspective of on-site construction, and ensure a smooth and consistent implementation of the building designs.

Elaine graduated from Xian University of Architecture and Technology and obtained the qualification of Class 1 Registered Architect in China. After over 20 years’ experience in the profession, she still holds a great passion for architectural design. She treats every project as her brainchild and goes to great lengths to achieve perfection. She works with dedication and devotion to provide our clients with aesthetically pleasing and cost-effective designs.

Sunny started working in administration and account in the real estate industry since 1999. Corban graduated from Lincoln University. Since then, he has been working as a rental property manager and has experience in both short-term and long-term rentals. More recently he is also taking up a project manager role which expanded his knowledge of the real estate industry. Corban genuinely loves this job as it involves solving other people‘s troubles. Over the past 7 years, he has been consistently diligent, developed excellent professional skills and accumulated valuable first-hand experiences. He is always well praised by all our clients.
